i had stumbled upon this business while googling for a florist in Boca Raton when i wanted to send my mom flowers for her 85th birthday. the website was easy as pie to use and i ordered flowers to be delivered the next day. the flowers arrived bright and early and my mom called me screaming how gorgeous the arrangement was. three days later, and she calls me daily to tell me how beautiful they are and she insisted i write a review since she is not computer literate. so here i am...i will use them again for sure!!!
I was looking for a quality florist that would do same day delivery. All of the commercial sites typically do not deliver what is pictured. After being disappointed so many times, I went local and I AM SO GLAD! Rosa’s Hacienda matched the picture, provided excellent customer service, and delivered a sophisticated bouquet for an insanely reasonable price. Make sure you tip well!! They are THE BEST. In an era where customer service has been seen as a department rather than a company behaviour, Rosa’s La Hacienda went way above and beyond for me. I sent flowers to a colleague, but was very unsure of their address. After submitting the order and what I thought was the right address, I found the correct address and needed to correct my submitted order. I reached out to Rosa’s to correct it and was instantly connected to someone there. They were incredibly responsive and supportive. When the flowers were delivered, they sent me pictures of the whole process. They fixed the address and delivered a great product, on time, to the right address, and made correcting *my* error a seamless event. I will go out of my way to support Rosa’s moving forward. I’m really appreciative of them going out of their way to over deliver (pun intended) for me. Cheers -NOD-

I ordered from them to send flowers to my friend in the hospital. This isn't my first time ordering flowers, but I have not ordered flowers from this business nor have I ordered them for this city. Not only were the flowers as good or better than expected, but the delivery dude took the time to text me several pics of said flowers being delivered! The flowers were stunning and the driver went above and beyond to ensure my happiness. I never caught his name, but his number ended in 3923 (in case his bosses read this, lol). Thanks so much!
I just want to say thank you so so much to this lovely place! I am super happy with the service. I am Latina and I am from another state (AL). I get super sketchy vibes when I’m ordering from a different state bc I’m not familiar with the place but this place exceeded my expectations!! The flowers & delivery service is amazing! I ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my mother in law that lives in Boca, I am not from that area so I did my research and found Rosa’s. They had great reviews so I chose this shop & I am so over the moon happy I did! The customer service was AMAZING…and the flower arrangement that they made for my mother in law was ABSOLUTELY BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! John and Juliana were absolutely amazing! We needed to have the bouquet waiting at the restaurant for a very special event. When I called to place the order and explain the situation, they not only made recommendations for the perfect arrangement, they delivered as promised. Their prices were extremely reasonable for the quality roses that were delivered. Quite literally some of the largest, lushest blooms you will ever see. The arrangement was exquisite and the talk of the entire restaurant.Above all was their customer service. They answered all my calls and texts with friendly professionalism. I will be using their services from now on and have added them to my company's vendor list as the go to florist. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to send spectacular arrangements to the special people in their lives.
Great flower shop. I ordered everything from overseas and John was were very attentive and helpful. They delivered on time and the flower arrangement was as discussed and they were very fairly priced. The receiver loved this surprise and the flower arrangement. Beautiful flowers and arrangements.But the thing that most stuck out for me was the exceptional customer service. They delivered the wrong arrangements which was the very elegant orchid. Upon calling them to inform them of the mix up I spoke to Caroline (who was attentive and quick to respond). She figured it out and Within 30 minutes John the delivery guy was back with the correct arrangements. He actually waited for me to come down to apologize and to gift me the first arrangements (which was almost double the price of the once I had previously ordered).Thanks again.
Just received Mother’s Day flowers from Rosa’s La Hacienda in Boca Raton- my daughter who lives out of town. Very disappointed- flowers are beat up and some with brown ends - some with missing petals with damaged ends. Some chrysanthemums have the bad end cut off like a stump- stargazers fully opened and on their way out - one already turning brown. Looks like they had to fill some spots with something that died in some areas.
